Ludmila Chervona is the Corporate Director of Revenue Management at Oxford Hotels & Resorts and the General Manager for Essex Inn Hotel. She is involved in the development and implementation of revenue strategies and tactics for all properties.

Prior to joining Oxford Hotels & Resorts, Ms. Chervona acquired over 15 years of experience in hospitality and revenue management. Her career started at the cluster of Hilton hotels of Chicago. Later, she took on the role of Corporate Director of Revenue for Menin Hospitality, overseeing Raffaello hotel in Chicago, Shelborne, Gale, Bentley, and the Sanctuary hotels in Miami South Beach.

Ms. Chervona received her Master’s of Science in Trade and Economics with Honors and a M.B.A with an emphasis on Marketing from Kyiv State University of Trade and Economics, Kyiv, Ukraine. She was nominated as the Best Revenue Manager of 2014 by HSMAI Illinois Chapter. Ms. Cher
