Matthew McCahill is the Corporate Food & Beverage Director at Oxford Hotels & Resorts and The Godfrey Hotel Chicago.
Before joining the Oxford team, Mr. McCahill served as the Food & Beverage Director for Dana Hotel & Spa, the General Manager of the Crimson Lounge in the Sax Hotel Chicago, and the Manager at the Mondrian Hotel’s Asia de Cuba in Hollywood.
Mr. McCahill studied hotel restaurant management at Honolulu Business College. He has worked alongside Emeril Lagasse, Wolfgang Puck and Nick Nicholas.
