Becky Willis

Becky Willis is a seasoned professional in programme management with extensive experience in the public sector. Currently serving as the Senior Programme Manager for People Strategy at Oxford City Council since February 2016, Becky focuses on enhancing organisational capability and culture to foster innovation and adaptability in response to evolving demands. Prior experience includes roles like Transformation Programme Manager and Tenancy Sustainment Manager at GreenSquare Group from January 2012 to January 2020, as well as Project Development Coordinator at Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust from September 2003 to May 2006. Becky holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Housing from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Arts in French and German from the University of Oxford.
