Caroline Green

Caroline Green is an experienced professional in local government policy and advocacy, currently serving as Assistant Chief Executive at Oxford City Council since August 2015. Previously, Caroline held the position of Senior Advisor at the Local Government Association from May 2005 to August 2015, where strategic policy analysis and national representation for UK local government were key responsibilities.
