Kristina Mould

Kristina Mould serves as Env Sustainability Business Lead and Sustainable Innovation Programme Lead at Oxford City Council since February 2015, overseeing a team in initiatives such as the Energy Superhub Oxford, Oxford's electric vehicle infrastructure strategy, and various EVI projects. With expertise in smart energy systems, fleet e-migration, and battery storage, Kristina has also managed capital projects, including the redevelopment of a Grade 2 listed museum, and led operations for parks management. Prior experience includes operational management roles across various sectors, overseeing supply chains, bid submissions, and business performance for organizations such as NHS and Newport City Council. Kristina holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Exeter.
