Martin Cliff

Martin Cliff is an experienced web project manager currently leading the technical development of Oxford City Council's website since September 2009, focusing on enhancing online services and improving customer experience. Previously, Martin held roles as an analyst/programmer at Miele Co Ltd and as an analyst/developer/project manager at Keane, along with being an analyst/programmer at Unipart. Martin graduated with a 2:1 degree in Information Technology from The University of Salford in 1993.
