Rebecca Jeffries

Rebecca Jeffries is an experienced environmental health professional with extensive expertise in residential regulation and food safety. Currently serving as Team Manager for the Residential Regulation Team at Oxford City Council since December 2016, Rebecca has held pivotal roles including Principal Lead Officer for HMO Enforcement and Private Sector Safety Team during a secondment. Rebecca’s work encompasses property inspections in the private rented sector, food hygiene inspections, and health and safety compliance at events like the Green Man Festival. Previous positions include roles at Sapphire DNP Ltd, Atlantic Umbrella, and Bath and North East Somerset, where Rebecca focused on enforcing housing legislation and improving housing standards. An alumnus of the University of Wales, Cardiff, Rebecca holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Health and has received media training, having appeared on the BBC's The Housing Enforcers.
