Rocco L. is an experienced technology and information officer with a robust background in local government and private sector IT management. Currently serving as the Chief Technology & Information Officer at Oxford City Council since February 2018, Rocco previously held key roles including Chief Digital and Information Officer (interim) at Leicestershire County Council, Assistant Director of Information Technology (interim) at Enfield Council, and Head of IT at RBWM, where significant cost savings and innovative solutions were delivered. Rocco also contributed to establishing shared services in the public sector at LGSS and led IT strategy in various capacities at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Suffolk County Council, Unilever, and Calvin Klein, demonstrating a strong ability to manage complex IT environments and enhance organizational efficiency.
