Scott Warner

Scott Warner has extensive experience in fraud investigation and management, currently serving as Counter Fraud Manager at Oxford Investigation Service since February 2015. Parallel to this role, Scott has been the Investigations Manager at Oxford City Council since September 2013, leading the Corporate Investigation Team in various fraud-related investigations. Previously, Scott held the position of Corporate Fraud Team Leader at Slough Borough Council from 2001 to 2013 and worked as an Investigation Officer at both Woking Borough Council (1998-2001) and Reading Borough Council (1991-1998), establishing a strong foundation in the field of investigations and fraud management.
