Kathleen LaMarca worked as a Secretary at St Francis Hospital from an unknown start date in 1980 until 1986. In January 1986, they joined Oxford Development Company as the Director of Compensation Benefits and HR, and their tenure at the company is ongoing.
Kathleen LaMarca attended Sacred Heart High School from 1978 to 1982, where they earned their high school diploma. Following that, they pursued their higher education at Robert Morris University from 1982 to 1986, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration.
