The Food and Beverage team at Oxford Exchange oversees the dining experience by managing restaurant and bar operations, crafting menus, and ensuring high-quality service. This includes the Food and Beverage Managers coordinating overall activities, the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs developing culinary offerings, the Bartenders crafting beverages, and Servers and Bussers ensuring seamless service to guests, including private events.
