Serena Pace

Serena Pace is a seasoned Field Application Scientist with extensive experience in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and molecular pathology. Currently employed at OGT since July 2021, Serena previously held key supervisory and specialist roles at UPMC, including overseeing lab operations, training staff, and ensuring quality and compliance in molecular and genomic testing. In earlier positions at Interpace Diagnostics and Helomics, Serena contributed to clinical testing and the launch of new products while maintaining high laboratory standards and engaging in software development support. Serena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Washington & Jefferson College.
