Karlene Agard MSc (Oxon) is a highly experienced professional in risk and value management, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Oxford Global Projects and as a Senior Risk and Value Management Consultant at ARAVUN. Karlene has collaborated with esteemed Oxford University academics and project teams to ensure the success of megaprojects worldwide. Previously, Karlene held positions such as Project X Research Fellow at the Saïd Business School and served as a Business Mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. With a strong background in risk management developed at organizations like Transport for London and Network Rail, Karlene has contributed to significant projects, including Crossrail 2 and the Thameslink Programme.
