Radhia Benalia, Ph.D., PROSCI, PMI ATP, currently serves as Head of Academy at Oxford Global Projects and is a Doctoral Supervisor at SKEMA Business School. With extensive experience in project management and training, Radhia held key positions such as Managing Partner-Algeria and Director of Training and Development at ADVISORS sarl, as well as Training & Development Director at CMCS, where significant curriculum developments were achieved for postgraduate programs. Radhia has also made contributions as an instructor at the American University of Beirut and served in various roles at Global University-Lebanon, including Head of Engagement. Radhia's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Strategy, Programme, and Project Management from SKEMA Business School, complemented by diverse academic pursuits at Simon Fraser University and Concordia University.
