Carol Spector Riegert

Carol Spector Riegert is the current Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Oxford Global Resources. Carol has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various senior executive positions during their career.

Carol started their career at Intuit as Vice President of Product Development and Management for Digital Insight. Carol then moved to ASGN Incorporated in 2010 and held the position of Vice President of Technical Services until 2021. During their time at ASGN, Carol was responsible for overseeing and managing all technology operations, creating comprehensive IT policies and systems to support operations, analyzing business requirements to determine needs. Carol coordinated projects and managed performance of teams, ensuring IT systems functioned within limits and specifications of the company. Carol also implemented new strategies to allow for total compliance, coordinating the use of best practices and setting the overall strategic direction for IT programs. Thanks to their efforts, they were able to minimize expenses by leveraging best practices for telephony and SIP, resulting in a reduction of 40%. In addition, they were able to optimize operations by consolidating cloud services with private cloud infrastructure and consolidation of enterprise agreements to solve solution for the enterprise while managing cost reductions.

In their current role at Oxford Global Resources, Carol is responsible for leading the company’s IT strategy and initiatives. Under their guidance, the company has been able to successfully implement new technologies and systems that have improved efficiency and productivity. Thanks to their efforts, Oxford Global Resources has been able to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-changing IT landscape.

Carol Spector Riegert has a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, a Certificate in Computer Networking/Programming from Mount Sierra College, and certifications from DocuSign, ITIL, (ISC)², and the Project Management Institute.
