Debbie Monroe is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in IT infrastructure and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Oxford Global Resources, Debbie has led various critical programs including Wired Network Modernization, Wi-Fi Replacement, and Call Center Cloud services implementation across U.S. and international locations.
