Grant Gedemer

Grant Gedemer is the current Corporate Director of Food & Beverage at Oxford Hotels & Resorts, LLC. Grant has also worked as a Director of Food and Beverage at The Sanctuary Hotel in New York, NY from April 2012 to August 2012. There, they were in charge of pre-opening and developing all food and beverage outlets, including Haven Rooftop Restaurant and Lounge, Satori Lounge, In-Room Dining and Banquet and Catering. Grant also created service standards and operating procedures for all positions within the outlets.

From November 2012 to March 2014, Grant Gedemer was the General Manager of Element Collective. And from August 2012 to November 2012, they were the General Manager and Operations Manager of Mulberry Project.

Grant Gedemer received a Bachelor of Arts in Information Systems from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Film from Columbia College Chicago.
