Matt Hiscock

Matt Hiscock has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt began their career as a Rig Geologist at Resolve Geo Pty. Ltd., where they supervised drilling operations and ensured adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines. Matt then transitioned to the role of Project Geologist at the same company, where they designed drill programs and produced resource estimates. Matt later joined the University of Edinburgh as a PhD Research Student, focusing on Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) imaging and analysis. Matt also served as the SEM Facility Assistant, managing the facility's operations and training users. Most recently, Matt worked at Oxford Instruments as the Head of Product Science & Solutions, where they were responsible for overseeing product development and training internal and external users.
