Ayman Javed

Ayman Javed is an accomplished professional with significant experience in international recruitment and team management. Currently serving as the International Recruitment Manager at Oxford International Education Group since May 2022, Ayman previously held the position of Regional Recruitment Manager at Coventry University, where responsibilities included recruiting students from Pakistan and organizing seminars for prospective students. Prior experience includes a supervisory role at Abacus Consulting, managing over 100 people on the Careem project, and serving as Team Lead on the Telenor project, achieving high-performance metrics. Ayman began the career as a Customer Relation Officer and also worked as a Coordinator at Allied Schools Agency Limited. Educational qualifications include an EMBA in Business Administration from the National College of Business Administration & Economics and a BBA from the Virtual University of Pakistan.
