Laura Guga-Voyce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and compliance within the education sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for University Partnerships and Group Compliance & Operations at Oxford International Education Group since February 2018, Laura played a pivotal role in the vendor legal due diligence for the sale of schools and property portfolio management during the COVID pandemic. Prior to this, Laura held various compliance-focused positions at BPP University, where responsibilities included leading Visa Compliance and English Language Assessment teams, ensuring the retention of Tier 4 sponsor status, and implementing compliance processes that supported significant growth in international student numbers. Laura's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London.
