Nadine Baladi

Nadine Baladi is a seasoned education executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President for Canada at Oxford International Education Group since February 2024, where responsibilities include oversight of multiple divisions, academic operations, sales and marketing, as well as strategic planning. Baladi is also the Founder and Executive Advisor of The Parliament Group, a consultancy that aids education organizations in adapting to the evolving international education landscape. Previous roles include Vice President of Canadian Operations at ILSC Education Group and Managing Partner at Lead5050, focusing on leadership development for women and minorities. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Arts in Education from McGill University and a foundational degree in Political Science from the University of Ottawa, Baladi brings over two decades of experience in operational management, academic program development, and stakeholder engagement across various educational institutions.
