Elliot D. began their career in 2018 as a Consultant at ManpowerGroup. Elliot was then promoted to Senior Consultant at the Experis Enterprise Division, where they were responsible for delivering success across the RPO/MSP key accounts practice within advanced engineering and technical software. In 2019, they joined Jaguar Land Rover as a Senior Talent Specialist (Strategic Sourcing), taking full ownership and accountability for providing a proactive, end-to-end recruitment search service. In 2021, Elliot moved to Graphcore as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, leading and scaling Graphcore's search capability of current and future critical hires across EMEA and APAC. In 2022, they joined Oxford Ionics as the Lead Talent Partner, responsible for developing and leading the TA strategy and all recruitment activities.

Elliot D. graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science. In 2019, they obtained a LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter certification from LinkedIn. In 2022, they obtained a Talent Sourcing Specialist Certification (Black Belt) from SocialTalent.
