Ben Randles

Ben Randles is a seasoned sales professional and engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the industrial sector. Currently serving as Sales Manager for Industrial Systems & Contract Services at Oxford Lasers Ltd since March 2020, Randles has demonstrated expertise in laser technology and product development. Previously, Randles held the position of Sales Director at CSE Industrial Electrical Distributors Ltd, where responsibilities included defining sales strategies and managing key accounts. Randles has also contributed to sales management at Resinex and export sales at Instron, beginning a career in engineering with roles ranging from Trainee Design Draughtsman to Senior Mechanical Engineer. Randles holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Buckinghamshire New University.
