Melvyn Collins

Melvyn Collins has extensive work experience in sales and marketing roles. Melvyn started their career at Heraeus Noblelight in 1989 and worked as a Sales/Product Manager until 1999. Melvyn then joined JDSU and served as a Senior Account Manager from 1999 to 2003. From 2003 to 2007, they worked at Pelikon as a Director of Customer Marketing. Melvyn then joined Avanex as a Sales Manager in 2007 and worked until 2008. Melvyn held the position of Interim Business Development Manager at PDM Neptec Ltd from 2009 to 2010. Melvyn joined Morgan AM&T in 2010 and worked as an Electrical Sales and Marketing Manager until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Sensornet Ltd as a Sales and Marketing Manager. Currently, they are employed at Oxford Lasers as the Micromachining Sales Director since July 2018.

Melvyn Collins received a B.Sc. Honours degree in Physics from Imperial College London in 1982. In 2005-2006, they also completed a Professional Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
