Juan Carlos Murillo

Juan Carlos Murillo Flores currently serves as Presidente of Oxford Leadership Academy-México, focusing on leadership development and strategic execution since February 2010. Previously, Juan Carlos held significant roles in government and public administration, including Coordinador General de Innovación y Buen Gobierno for the Government of Guanajuato and Titular de la COPLADII at the Procuraduría General de la República. Earlier career includes leading export promotion at Proméxico and coordinating federal delegations at the Secretaría de Economía. Juan Carlos's experience also includes advising the Presidency of Mexico on governmental innovation and public administration. Juan Carlos holds a Master's degree in Administration with a specialization in International Finance from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and has completed training in cultural transformation tools from Barrett Values Centre. An undergraduate degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering was also obtained from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
