Xavier Adsera is a financial analyst and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Xavier is currently the Director at Oxford Leadership, and has previously held positions at Dakia Digital, Oxford Leadership, Dakia U-Ventures, COMO GLOBAL S.A., Adequita Capital Ltd., and VEREMONTE UK LIMITED. Xavier also served as the President of IEAF - Instituto Español de Analistas Financieros from 2006 to 2010.
