Amy Godfrey has five years of work experience. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Swimming Instructor at GLL and a Student Ambassador at the University of Strathclyde. In 2019, they became a Swimming Teacher at Glasgow Life. In 2021, they were a Summer Intern at Buddi, and in 2022 they became a Graduate Simulation Engineer at Oxford Medical Simulation.
Amy Godfrey is currently studying Biomedical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, which they began in 2017 and is expected to complete in 2022. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in December 2022, a Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award from the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme in January 2018, a Level 1 & 2 Swim Ireland Teaching Qualification from Swim Ireland in August 2017, a Gold Millennium Volunteers Award from VolunteerNow in May 2017, and a Gold CREST Award from the British Science Association in June 2016.
