James Hardisty

James Hardisty has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 with work experience at Ardagh Group and CR Civil Engineering Ltd. In 2015, they worked as an Industrial Design and Development employee at RAPID EXPANSION SYSTEMS LIMITED before transitioning to the role of Graduate Engineer at Smith & Nephew. In 2018, James joined Oxford Nanopore Technologies as a Production Engineer and gradually moved up to the positions of Senior Production Engineer and Associate Director of Production Engineering. James'smost recent role at Oxford Nanopore Technologies began in April 2023, and their previous roles lasted until April 2023 and January 2021, respectively. James also worked as an Assistant Manager at The White Hart from 2012 to 2015.

James Hardisty attended Hull Collegiate School from 2004 to 2011. James proceeded to the University of Nottingham, where they pursued a degree in Product Design and Manufacture Engineering (MEng) from 2011 to 2015. In December 2017, they obtained a Lean Sigma Manufacturing Green Belt certification from Smallpeice Enterprises.
