Tom Friend

Tom Friend started their work experience in 2014 as part of the Global Internship Program at BNY Mellon. In 2015, they worked as an Equities Analyst - Emerging Markets at Lazard Asset Management. From 2016 to 2019, Tom served as the Director of Business Strategy at Bisnow. Tom joined Oxford Nanopore Technologies in 2021, initially as a Technical Marketing Associate and later as a Marketing Research Associate.

Tom Friend obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Biology & Economics (Joint Honors) from the University of St Andrews, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at Columbia University, completing their education there from 2014 to 2016.
