Chris Winchester

Chris Winchester has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Oxford PharmaGenesis since September 2003, Chris has also held multiple positions including Deputy Managing Director and Communications Consultant. Additionally, since November 2016, Chris has been the Director of the Oxford Health Policy Forum, which focuses on adapting health systems to innovations in medicine and technology. Chris's contributions extend to roles such as Associate Fellow at Green Templeton College, University of Oxford, Director at Friends of the National Library of Medicine, and Ambassador at Jacari. Former leadership positions include Chair and Immediate Past Chair of the International Society for Medical Publication Professionals from May 2017 to June 2020. Chris's academic background includes a DPhil in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford, alongside various honorary titles and studies at other prestigious institutions.
