Laura Baggaley

Laura Baggaley is an experienced medical editor currently working at Oxford PharmaGenesis since October 2022. Prior to this, Laura served as a scientific editor at Spandidos Publications from April 2021 to October 2022 and held an internship in policy and public engagement at Sense about Science in late 2019. During the internship, responsibilities included organizing public engagement workshops, writing reports on the AllTrials campaign for UK Parliament, and researching scientific policy reform. Laura also gained research experience as a summer intern at the Gregor Mendel Institute in 2015 and a summer student at the University of Cambridge in 2014. Educationally, Laura holds a BBSRC SWBio DTP in food security/plant pathology from Rothamsted Research (University of Exeter) and a BSc (with Honours) in Biological Sciences from the University of Warwick.
