Shelly Duhaime

Shelly Duhaime has extensive work experience in the insurance and risk management industry. Shelly is currently serving as the Director, National Accounts/Special Programs at Oxford Risk Management Group since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the VP- Captive Practice Leader at NFP from September 2018 to February 2021. Shelly also held the role of Education Chair at National Women in Roofing from December 2015 to September 2018, where they played an important role in developing curriculum and leadership programs to support and promote women in the roofing industry. Before that, they worked as the Vice President-Captive Practice Leader at American Global, LLC from June 2017 to May 2018. Shelly gained significant experience at Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, where they served as the Area Senior Vice President from October 2005 to August 2015. Additionally, they held positions at TD Banknorth Insurance Agency, Kessler & Associates, and Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Shelly Duhaime completed their undergraduate education from 1984 to 1988 at the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University. Shelly earned a Bachelor's degree in Business during this time.
