Kevin Parshuramkar

Prashant Parshuramkar is currently working as a CWD Team Lead at Oxford Solutions, where Prashant leads the training program for sourcer to recruiter transition. Previously, Prashant worked as an IT Retail and Contingent Workforce Recruiter, managing the full lifecycle of contingent workforce recruiting. Prashant also has experience as a Recruiting Sourcer at INGLU and as a Human Resources Intern, where Prashant led recruitment efforts and created effective onboarding processes. Prashant holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management and General and Human Resource Management from Dr. Ambedkar College and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Manoharbhai Patel College of Pharmacy.
