Matt Knox

Matt Knox joined Oxford Solutions in 2022 after nearly two decades of operational assignments spanning the public and private sectors. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and has served for more than 10 years as an Infantry Officer in the Army. In addition, he holds graduate degrees in organizational psychology and leadership development from Columbia and Penn. As a Major, he served as Special Assistant for Honor to the West Point Commandant. Since leaving the Army, Matt has led teams of various size and scope at technology firms such as Fidelity, Amazon, and ID.me. His greatest passion is creating win-win virtuous cycles that drive positive outcomes for individuals, teams and organizations.
