Rob Spurrett is the current Chairman at Oxford Space Systems. Rob has held many prestigious positions throughout their career, including President at COM DEV International Systems and Non-executive Director at Buckinghamshire Business First.
Spurrett has always been driven by a desire to explore and innovate. This led him to found Cherry Space Ltd, a company dedicated to providing affordable access to space. Rob also played a major role in the development of the first satellites to detect AIS signals from space.
More recently, Spurrett has been focusing on making Oxford Space Systems the leading provider of small satellite technology. Under their guidance, the company has developed groundbreaking new solutions for the spacecraft market.
Rob Spurrett has an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, and a MEng in Mechanical Engineering from City, University of London.
