Alex Chaloner

Alex Chaloner is a Software Engineer at Ocado Technology, where they work on Java back-end services using Spring for live warehouse operations. They successfully brought the greenfield Autofreezer project to production. In addition to their engineering role, they also work as a Maths and Computer Science Tutor at Oxford Tutors. Previously, they were a Data Scientist at Agari, where they focused on NLP models for detecting malicious messages. Their internship experiences at Ocado Technology and Kwerk involved NLP research projects and implementing ML strategies. Alex holds a MMathCompsci degree from the University of Oxford.
