Andy Steele

Andy Steele is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in data integration and architecture. Currently serving as the Head of Data, Integration & AI at Oxford University Press, Andy is responsible for expanding global data services capabilities and driving innovation through AI initiatives. Prior to this, leadership roles at Three. included Director of Architecture - IT, where Andy oversaw a large team managing a comprehensive IT estate, and multiple positions focusing on solution architecture and performance management. Earlier career experiences include roles at Orange and IBM UK Ltd, where Andy gained expertise in service design and solution engineering. Andy holds a BSc Hons in Computer Science from Loughborough University.
