Sarah Bloxham

Sarah Bloxham possesses extensive experience in global procurement and process management, currently serving as Global Process Owner, P2P at Oxford University Press since May 2008. With a focus on designing efficient procure-to-pay processes for a new ERP system across multiple regions, Sarah has also held significant roles such as Global Category Manager for Content Creation, where savings of £2.5 million were validated, and two tenders were initiated for additional savings. From crafting strategies for categories with substantial annual spend to establishing supplier management frameworks, Sarah has demonstrated strong leadership and collaboration skills across various departments. Prior experiences include managing production processes at the National Endowment for Democracy and serving as Deputy Editor in Chief at the Whitehead Journal of Diplomacy and International Relations. Sarah holds an M.A. in International Relations from Seton Hall University and a B.A. in Communication from Central College.
