Shilpi Bhattacharya

Shilpi Bhattacharya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the publishing and education sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Professional Development at Oxford University Press since May 2009, Shilpi focuses on enhancing the professional development of sales teams and educators. Prior to this role, Shilpi was Head of Editorial at Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning from January 2007 to April 2009, overseeing the production of printed materials and digital resources. Shilpi began the career as Assistant Editor at Macmillan India Ltd. from July 2002 to December 2006, where significant contributions were made to the publication of various educational titles. Shilpi holds a Master’s degree in English with a specialization in American Literature from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and completed schooling at Pine Mount School in Shillong.
