Ashley Jefferies is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and business development within public sector organizations. Currently serving as the Transformation Programme Manager at Oxfordshire County Council since September 2024, Ashley previously held the position of Head of Access & Resources at Isle of Wight Council, where leadership included Home to School Transport & Admissions. Prior to this, Ashley spent over 15 years at Hampshire County Council, contributing significantly as a Senior Transformation Consultant and Business Transformation Manager to drive strategic change in children's services and corporate resources. Ashley's earlier career includes roles in the insurance industry, notably as a Business Development Director and a Senior Training Consultant. Educational achievements encompass an MBA from the University of Southampton and a BA in Social Policy & Administration from the University of Portsmouth.
