Iro P.

Iro P. has extensive experience in the field of education, particularly in special educational needs (SEN) and language teaching. Currently serving in the Special Educational Needs Casework Team at Oxfordshire County Council since September 2020, Iro previously worked as a Special Educational Needs and Disability Coordinator (SENDCo) and Year 2 teacher at Buckingham Primary School. Other roles include aspiring SENDCo and Year 3 class teacher at The Vineyard School, Dyslexia/Special Learning Difficulties Teacher at Addison Primary School, and various teaching and leadership positions in language education. Iro holds multiple degrees, including a National Award for SENCo from the UCL Institute of Education, and has specialized knowledge in dyslexia, EAL, and bilingual education.
