Katherine Booker McIps

Katherine Booker MCIPS is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in public sector procurement. Currently serving as the Head of Category for Environment and Place at Oxfordshire County Council since September 2021, Katherine previously held positions including Principal Procurement Officer and Procurement Officer at Rushmoor Borough Council from July 2006 to September 2021. Earlier in her career, Katherine worked as a Purchaser and Inventory Controller at Checkpoint Systems from September 2002 to July 2006. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Wales Swansea and has achieved MCIPS certification through Thames Valley University.
