Kim Costar

Kim Costar has extensive experience in community support and early childhood education, with a career spanning from July 2002 to the present. Currently serving at Oxfordshire County Council since January 2006, Kim holds multiple titles including Locality Worker in the Locality Community Support Service, Early Help Practitioner, Senior Children's Centre Outreach Worker, Disability Support Assistant, and Nursery Nurse. Kim's earlier experience includes a role as a Nursery Nurse at a Private Kindergarten from July 2002 to December 2005. Kim’s education includes studies at the University of Birmingham from 2007 to 2008, as well as coursework at Abingdon and Witney College during 2002-2005.
