Oxfordshire Mind
Caroline Naughten has over 18 years of experience in mental health and housing support services. Currently, Caroline serves as the Safe Haven Deputy Manager at Oxfordshire Mind, having previously held roles as a Safe Haven Crisis Worker and Housing Support and Recovery Worker since February 2016. Prior experience includes a Support Worker position at Two Saints Limited from May 2015 to February 2016 and a decade-long tenure at Barons Court Project Limited, where Caroline progressed from Volunteer Coordinator to Lifeskills Coordinator from 2005 to 2015, focusing on vulnerable individuals dealing with mental ill-health and homelessness. Caroline began a career in support services as a Residential Support Worker at Umbrella from May 2000 to April 2005 and has a foundational education from Waldegrave School for Girls, completed in 1996.

Oxfordshire Mind helps over 20,000 people with mental health challenges every year. We promote good mental health through the provision of high quality services and campaigning for positive change. Our services include housing, talking therapies, benefits advice, a confidential and free information line, courses (such as ‘practical ways to wellbeing’), physical activity programmes, volunteering opportunities, and we facilitate over 60 peer-support groups each week.
