Louis Headley

Louis Headley currently serves as the Engagement and Development Service Manager for Oxfordshire Mind since December 2021, following a role as a Crisis Support and DBT Group Facilitator at Oxford from September 2015 to November 2021. Prior experience includes positions as the Quality & Participation Lead and Participation Worker within Oxfordshire CAMHS, focusing on youth involvement in service development and planning. Louis began a career in customer service at Argos and also has a background in community engagement with experience supporting older individuals and those with learning disabilities. Academic achievements include attending Little Heath Sixth Form and Denefield.
