Oxfordshire Youth
Emmy O. serves as the Director of Innovation and Growth and Deputy CEO at Oxfordshire Youth since December 2019, focusing on embedding the Supported Accommodation Model and fostering partnerships. Emmy co-designed a system-change model of Supported Accommodation for young people in a senior consultancy role. As Joint Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member at the Ark T Centre, Emmy champions creativity for personal growth and social change. Additionally, Emmy is the founder of Oxford Women Leaders, promoting intersectionality in women's leadership. Previous roles include acting as a trustee for the Young Women's Music Project and managing significant youth arts programs, recognized by the Department for Education. Emmy holds a BA in German Language and Literature from the University of Bristol and an MA in Theatre in Community, Educational, and Social Contexts from Goldsmiths, University of London.
