Kate Riddle

Kate Riddle is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Committee Member for the Community Hospitals Association since February 2024, Kate has held various significant positions at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust since November 2011, including Leadership Coach and Associate Director of Quality & Improvement. Previous roles also include Deputy Director of Nursing & Clinical Standards and Trust Lead Nurse Safeguarding Children.
