Kirstin Neira has worked for various companies in different roles throughout their career. Kirstin started their professional journey in 2001 with IBM where they served in different roles like Worldwide Fulfillment Operations - Project Manager, xSeries Execution Team Lead, and Options Fulfillment Technical Team Lead. In 2005, they joined Lenovo where they managed worldwide inventory disposition activities for the Lenovo Data Center Group. Kirstin was responsible for the management of excess, obsolete, open and closed box returns, quality defects, and parts inventory. Kirstin continued the excess inventory disposition management for the North America PCG Team. In 2019, Kirstin served as the Director for Requis. In 2020, they worked as a Supply Chain & Inventory Management Consultant. Currently, they work as an Operations Manager for the Oxide Computer Company. Kirstin also owns and manages Red Light Chocolates since 2008.

Kirstin Neira received their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in 1998. In the same year, they briefly attended the United States Naval Academy. Kirstin Neira obtained their Master of Business Administration in New Product Technology and Commercialization from North Carolina State University's College of Management in 2005. Kirstin does not have any additional certifications.
