Erica Burns is an experienced professional in quality, regulatory, and manufacturing roles within the biomedical engineering field. Currently serving as the Director of Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing at Oxipital AI since July 2018, Erica has held various leadership positions in quality and regulatory domains, including Senior Manager and Quality Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Hologic, Inc. as a Senior Quality Engineer and significant roles at ConforMIS, Inc. across different engineering capacities. Erica's foundational experience includes research internships focused on biomechanics and neuromuscular rehabilitation at the University of Rhode Island, complemented by solid academic qualifications with a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island.
