Gabriela Villa

Gabriela Villa started their work experience in 2007 as a Budget Analyst at Chrysler. Gabriela then moved on to become a Senior Project Analyst and later the Head Analyst at the company. In 2011, they joined Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. as a Shared Services Senior Business Analyst. Gabriela was responsible for measuring the financial and operating performance of companies in Latin America, preparing financial forecasts, and collaborating with general managers and corporate staff to develop budgets. In 2013, Gabriela joined Xerox as a Project Controller, where they were in charge of P&L, balance sheet, budget, and forecast for multiple projects. Gabriela then worked at JLL as a Finance Manager for Latin America, covering Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil. Their responsibilities included providing finance support to operations and commercial teams, financial planning, internal control, and treasury. Prior to their current role, Gabriela worked as the CFO at My Company, where they led the development of consistent processes and metrics, collaborated with different organizations, and shaped new business models. Presently, they hold the position of Director of Finance at Oxiteno.

Gabriela Villa attended MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2023 for a program on Latam- Leading Organizations & Change. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Corporate Finance at Universidad de las Américas Puebla and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México. Gabriela also has various additional certifications obtained in 2021, including courses on audit and due diligence, executive presence development, mentoring, strategy, and high-performance habits.
